Install testing

Add Blind Pig to your home screen

Use these steps to install the private preview on a phone. Final launch testing should be completed on the approved production domain before QR codes are printed.

iPhone Safari

  1. 1. Open the deployed Blind Pig app URL in Safari.
  2. 2. Tap the Share button.
  3. 3. Tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. 4. Confirm the app name and tap Add.
  5. 5. Launch it from the home screen and confirm it opens standalone.

Android Chrome

  1. 1. Open the deployed Blind Pig app URL in Chrome.
  2. 2. Tap the menu button.
  3. 3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
  4. 4. Confirm install.
  5. 5. Launch it from the app icon and confirm standalone display.

What to verify

  • • Logo appears as the app icon.
  • • App opens without browser address bar after install.
  • • Offline fallback page works when disconnected.
  • • Customer navigation works on mobile screen sizes.
  • • Order, Rewards, Events, VIP, and Account screens load.
